Symptoms:

• Head: I have a hot head with flushed cheeks. I feel low-spirited and dull during the day but unable to sleep at night. I also have difficulty thinking clearly.
• Stomach: Pain in the stomach after eating, feeling like a lump or hard-boiled egg is stuck at the top of the stomach. Constant tightness above the stomach pit, feeling knotted up. No appetite in the morning but very hungry at noon and night. Bad breath and burping.
• Chest: It feels as if something is stuck in the chest and needs to be coughed up; the lungs feel compressed and can't fully expand. It is worse when coughing, with acid coming up after coughing. There is a Choking sensation in the throat. Breathing is difficult, and it is worse when lying down. There is sharp, cutting pain in the heart, with heavy and slow heart action and episodes of fast and slow heart rate.
• Back: Pain in the lower back. Rheumatic pains and aching bones.
• Sleep: Restless and wakeful at night, with hunger and bad dreams.
• Fever: Alternating heat and cold; chronic intermittent fever with stomach pain.

Conditions:

• Symptoms worsen after eating.
